Regional Sales Executive

Invision Security provides a seamless and scalable turnkey solution for an entire project. This integration of services includes all aspects of the design engineering, CAD drawings for submitting and permits, all the hardware, and follow-up service. The benefit to our customers is that they have a “one-stop, full-service provider” for the entire project. We are looking for very financially motivated, driven, focused, organized individuals that understand how to work smart in securing net new business, under promising and over delivering their commitments, and who always want MORE! The position of Regional Sales Executive is primarily an outside sales position with extensive prospecting work on the phone, internet, and email, (at the corporate office) where you are managing your daily activities to close business with the commercial security sales environment – meaning any business entity is your realistic target to provide our level of service and state of the art equipment, so their business protects its assets, staff, and clientele on a daily basis.

Our corporate office is based outside of Philadelphia in King of Prussia, PA. With over 7 million people and thousands of businesses within our metro market, your opportunity is immediate and endless in reaching your financial goals. We currently have plans to expand into other major metropolitan US markets. If you’re a dynamic talent that can close business, you’re getting in with us at the perfect time.

There is upward opportunities in Sales and Operational Management for those that have that desire and ability to manage a team and market, as we have plans and financial resources to expand by 1000% over the next 3 years.

Our hours are reasonable so you have a quality life outside of work – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, no weekends unless you set a specific appointment with a proposed client. This opportunity and business is going to give you what you put into it – the more organized you are, the more opportunities you touch – You can’t swing the bat unless you step up to the plate!

If you are fresh out of college (2 years or less) with a bachelor’s degree and WANT to sell, we’re interested! If you have successful sales experience of 2 years or more with measurable results, we want to hear from you. If you’re in the security sales business and you have 1 year or more solid experience, come join our team. We provide a solid base salary, medical benefits for you and your family after 30 days of employment, 401K plan, positive work environment where you are called upon to contribute new ideas in making the company better, car allowance with fuel card within 1st year, paid time away (vacation, sick days, personal leave), electronic equipment, and a SIGNIFICANT monthly commission plan (based on your monthly sales production) that could realistically double your salary within 12 to 18 months. Installation & Service Technicians

If this is you, we want to have the chance to talk! We provide turn-key electronic security solutions and services to businesses (no residential) throughout the Northeast and we currently have plans to expand into other major U.S. Markets.

You must have quality, verifiable experience with installing, preventive maintenance/repair service with (some or all of) access control/intercom systems, CCTV, BA & FA Systems. You will be required to train customers for success, set up remote access, and making sure each client is completely satisfied before you leave the job. Programming skills are a significant plus.

A typical work day will be approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, however there will be jobs that require extended hours in the evening and the weekend, although this is rare. Some of our clients include nursing homes, retail shops, K-12 Schools, Church’s, Fortune 500 Companies, medical buildings, property management companies, government facilities and more. If you have experience with Software House, Genetec, Exacq, Kantech, Honeywell, and/or Silent Knight that will give you an edge over other techs that apply.
